Return Policy

• Condition for Return: Items must be returned in unused, resaleable condition with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories included.
• Return Authorization (RMA): All returns must first be authorized. Therefore, please contact our Customer Service team at info@energiepanda.com before shipping anything back so that you can receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Without a valid RMA number, returns will unfortunately not be accepted.
• Defective/Damaged: Items If the product is damaged in transit or is defective upon arrival (DOA), please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
