Return Policy

• Condition for Return: Items must be returned in unused, resaleable condition with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories included.
• Return Authorization (RMA): All returns must be initiated by contacting Customer Service (email: info@energiepanda.com) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Defective/Damaged: Items If the product is damaged in transit or is defective upon arrival (DOA), please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
• Non-Defective Returns: Returns for reasons other than defect (e.g., ordered the wrong voltage, no longer needed) are not be accepted.
• User Damage: Returns will be denied if the product shows signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or physical damage caused by the customer (e.g., scratched casing, improper installation).
